The Presenter: Professor Mahesh C. Sharma
Professor Mahesh Sharma is the former president of Mathematics Education at Cambridge College. He is the founder and president of the Center for Teaching/Learning of Mathematics, Inc., of Wellesley, MA. Berkshire Mathematics in Reading, England was founded to facilitate his work in UK and Europe. Internationally known for his groundbreaking work in Mathematics education, he is an author, teacher, and teacher-trainer, researcher, consultant to public and private schools, as well as a public lecturer. He is the Chief Editor and Publisher of Focus on Learning Problems in Mathematics, and international, interdisciplinary, research mathematics journal with readership in more than 90 countries, and the Editor of the Math Notebook, a practical source of information for her parents and teachers devoted improving teaching and learning for all children. He still provides direct services of evaluation and tutoring for students (children as well as adults) who have learning disabilities or face difficulties in mathematics. He works with teachers and school administrators to design strategies to improve mathematics instruction for all.

$175 for each workshop. Register for three or more workshops: $125 each.
Each workshop includes 7 Professional Development Points, lunch and refreshments.

Substitutions:
Substitutions may be made. Please notify The Reading Institute, Inc. with the name of the alternate participant in advance.

Confirmations:
Confirmations will be mailed to each participant. You are not registered unless you receive a confirmation letter.
